Q. Does the candle get hot if left on for a long period of time? A. No. The candle is lit using LED technology which is a non-heat generating form of light and very energy efficient. Q. How long do the bulbs last? A. LED lights are designed to last well over 100,000 hours. Q. How long do the batteries last? A. This depends on battery quality, product and product setting. It can be from 70 - 200+ hours. The reason its lasts so long is due to the energy efficient, LED light technology. Each product has this information on the product page.
